2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary information, approvals, and materials required for the services.

• Delays caused by the client in providing necessary resources may result in project timeline extensions.

• Clients must ensure they have the legal rights to use any materials provided to us.

3. Payments & Fees

• All services are billed as agreed upon in the signed proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

• Payments are due based on the agreed schedule (e.g., upfront, milestone-based, or monthly).

• Late payments may result in a late fee of 15% per 15 days and/or suspension of services.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the nature of digital marketing and creative services, refunds are not typically offered.

• Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

• If a client cancels mid-project, work completed up to that point is still payable.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• Content, graphics, and marketing materials created by Jazzy Bee Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Clients may use the delivered materials only for agreed-upon purposes. Unauthorized resale or redistribution is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

• We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties unless required by law.

• Clients agree not to share proprietary strategies, techniques, or pricing with competitors.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Jazzy Bee Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

• We make no guarantees regarding specific results (e.g., increased traffic, revenue, or rankings), as marketing outcomes depend on many external factors.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

• We may use third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) for campaigns, and their terms of service apply.

• Any disruptions or policy changes from third-party services are beyond our control.

9. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms, fails to make payments, or engages in unethical or unlawful activity.

• Clients may terminate services as per the cancellation policy stated above.

10. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

• Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Georgia.
